Q: What types of discounts do you offer?
A: We offer a one time 10% discount to those who give us a referral that is actually installed and an early bird discount to those who have their lights installed before November 1st.
Q: What are your service areas?
A: We service the Indianapolis area and surrounding suburbs, including but not limited to Zionsville, Carmel, Fishers, Nobelsville, Greenwood, and Bargersville.
Q: What type of services do you offer?
A: There is not much holiday lighting that we do not offer. We offer lighting for rooflines, trees, bushes, walkways, gates/fences/, decorative garland, and wreaths. We can customize your lights to look just the way you want it.
Q: Will the lights do damage to my roof?
A: We use a specialized shingle clip that is specifically made for Christmas lights and will not do any damage to your roof. Our installers are also roofers who wear specialized boots and are trained on how to walk on roofs without causing damage.
Q: Do I need to provide the lights?
A: We use all of our own lighting and supplies needed to light your home for the season. The lights and supplies are the property of Christmas Light Installers LLC. We do offer purchasing of custom LED lights and as well as garland and wreaths.
If you have your own lights and/or wreaths, let us know a head of time and we can write your estimate accordingly.
Q: How does take down work?
A: A take down fee will be included in your price and collected upon installation. We begin taking lights down January 1st.
Q: What if there is a problem with my lights after they are installed?
A: We want to ensure that you get the most out of your holiday lights, so please call us if you have any issues so we can resolve them as soon as possible.
